
About The Role
Be the engine of new-market expansion. You’ll design and execute our go-to-market strategy, convert qualified interest into multi-site agreements, and cultivate executive-level partnerships with districts, charter networks, and state agencies. This role owns net-new revenue, building greenfield pipeline, winning competitive RFPs, and launching flagship accounts (from first pilot to statewide rollout) that scale access to high-quality special education and compliance services.
*Develop and execute a territory/account plan for districts, ESAs, and charters (net new + expansion).
* Build and manage a 3–4× pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner/referral channels.
* Lead discovery, solution scoping, and value framing focused on SPED/IEP compliance, staffing support, and virtual services.
* Own proposals/RFPs: requirements intake, win themes, pricing, compliance docs, and submission via procurement portals.
Manage the center's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints and that revenue goals are met.

*5+ years B2B/B2G sales or partnerships in K–12 (district/charter/state), ideally in special education, related services, or compliance.
* Experience with budget management and financial analysis
*Proven record of meeting/exceeding new revenue targets and winning RFPs.
*Fluent in district buying cycles, procurement, and legal/DPAs; comfortable with multi-stakeholder sales (Purchasing, SPED, Curriculum, Finance, Legal).
*Excellent discovery, storytelling, and proposal writing skills; strong financial acumen (pricing, margin, pay terms).
*CRM proficiency and data-driven operating style.
Bonus: Experience selling remote/virtual service delivery; multi-state deals; government contracting.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
*Experience supporting multiple states/districts or charter networks.
*Bilingual skills.
*Full-time, remote (USA); ~10–20% travel for conferences and key meetings.
*Base + commission (OTE commensurate with experience) + benefits (if W-2).
Open to contractor structure if preferred.

* Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that are tailored to the specific needs of individual students or groups of students.
*Assess student's strengths and weaknesses to create a personalized learning plan.
*Provide individualized instruction to students, online.
* Provide Specially Designed Instruction as outlined in the IEP and support other assignments, and provide feedback to students on their progress.
* Help students to prepare for exams, including providing practice questions and tests.
* Bachelor's degree in education or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Demonstrated expertise in the subject(s) being tutored
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Patience and empathy when working with students
* Familiarity with online teaching tools and technologies
*Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling aligned to school partner needs).
